I was born and grew up right here in Raleigh. If you're new to town, feel free to ask me anything, I love this city and I love to share what a special place we live in. I've been in the massage business since 1999, when I graduated first from North Carolina School of the Healing Arts, then from American and European Massage Academy. Since then I've been actively studying two modalities close to my heart, Tui Na and Thai Bodywork, traveling all around the world to learn and share these techniques. I also have a passion for research, and attempt to stay informed as the massage therapy world grows and evolves. I love to hear other peoples experiences of body work, I'm always learning. In addition to bodywork, I practice Taiji, and am a purple belt and active competitor in Brazilian Jujitsu.
