Our Mission
Throughout human history, people have built and come to temples, as places of sanctuary, rest, and healing. Lotus Temple Massage tries to bring this sense of sanctuary into the present. Our mission is to bring peace of mind, soothe pain, and reduce stress for our clients through the application of therapeutic, healthy touch.
All our therapists are trained and experienced in a variety of modalities, all focused on pain and stress management.
All services provided by North Carolina Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapists.

ROSS DUNCAN, LMBT #9637
Ross has been in the massage business since 1999, when he graduated first from North Carolina School of the Healing Arts, then from American and European Massage Academy. Since then he has been actively studying two underrepresented modalities of Asian bodywork, Tui Na and Thai Bodywork. These unique styles can reach deep and old soft tissue injuries and disfunctions. His other areas of interest and research is the autonomic nervous system and how it regulates the stress response, and how it can be improved through touch therapies. In the last 5 years Ross has also had specialized training in massage therapy to offer relief from the pain and discomfort of spinal paralysis. He practices the related arts of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, which inform his bodywork and massage.
